We are all searching for the "Holy Grail". That magical GOOGLE ADWORD program that will load our bank accounts with HUNDREDS or even THOUSANDS of dollars per day, like you see in some of these YouTube videos floating around the Web at the "click" of a button, or mouse. Or how about the next-to-the newest GURU COPYWRITE formula GUARANTEED to build your list 10k or more per week?, oh yeah, and that is gonna set you back about 2k YOURSELF! Believe me, my friends, I bought into all of this hype myself and learned 1 important FACTOR in the process: People building other People = Money$$.
The more you BUILD confidence and strength into another person, the more they will trust you. When you make other human beings believe in THEMSELVES the possibilities are endless. Like the old adage goes, " You will be able to sell snow to an Eskimo ". We always hear about ATTRACTION MARKETING, but how do we put it into action? The answer is simple, BE SOMEONE for SOMEONE ELSE. Build your relationship first, and don't randomly SPAM people you just approved as your "last to the latest" NING friends. Trust me, it is not a very good way to start a relationship.
Most importantly, be PATIENT. NOTHING comes OVERNIGHT! Plan out your goals and make them realistic. If a program pushes " EASY RICHES OVERNIGHT " then steer clear away from it. Like mother always used to say ,"USE YOUR HEAD". Little bits at a time will pay off bigger dividends in the end. Never use GREED as your ulterior motive, look how it worked out for the Real Estate Market and the boys at AIG. Would you like to be known as just another story or a SUCCESS STORY?

Jeffrey, I couldn't agree with you more! It's tough to not be wooed by all of these so-called "opportunities"...and the spam I get on a daily basis from automated systems with no one even taking the time to know my name is just crazy!
Getting to know people is the only way to go...building relationships is the key!
