I've been playing around with a digg.com clone for leadership at www.digforleadership.com
I started the site for a few reasons;
1. Trying to keep up with all the great conversations. It is hard to keep up with and find the all the different topics and sources that are relevant to leadership in one place (e.g. strategy, psychology, systems thinking, networking, intangibles, hr, organisations, culture, technology and so on).
