Thanks for spinnin by with the comment.. today was a beautiful 81* sunny SW Fl day... so I took your advice, threw on the flip flops and headed to the beach to kick up the sand, have a few of those ``umbrella drinks`` (cheers) and catch the sunset..
I wish you much success with your book on depression and bi-polar... sounds like quite the project.
If anybody needs my advice on the subject.. tell èm I said to ``trade it all in`` for a pair of shorts and flip-flops.. as far as i can tell.. it seems to be working out ok lol
